OMG!!!! I heard that the first wk. or so was a little uncomfortable, HA!! I continued to take it & I have never felt worse. My digestion has slowed down & my constipation is worse. Trust me, don’t try this, don’t waste your money or wellbeing. Rose Hamel .

I originally tried this product because a physician I work with (and greatly respect) frequently recommends it to her patients with bowel irregularity problems – I will continue to use Align because it works!
