This stuff works. I took one dose for two days in a row, and I felt mentally alert for two days after that. And it doesn’t negatively impact my sleep. As a matter of fact I seem to sleep better. My only concern is how this stuff works. Since the US govt under Bush no longer regulates anything, I’m concerned that this stuff is going to burn out some gland or part of my brain.
It does work though.

FRS is a must have in our house, we all drink it, and have been for about 6 months now. Packed with vitimins and minerals, FRS gives me so much energy (without the “buzz”), I don’t know how I lived without it b4. I can exercise much longer, and I find I have so much energy I don’t procrastinate about anything any more. My house has never been so clean! Please try this product, you’ll be hooked!

I use this product every morning before hot yoga. It gives me stamina to make it the 90 minutes in 105 degrees and increases my flexibility and ability to do the postures. The product keeps me energized all day; no need for coffee!

I ordered FRS from their website. I was skeptical about trying the product and thought that there was going to be no difference in my performance. I run for the cross country team at my school, the run is to test your body to the full potential, and endurance. Considering that there is some caffeine you might feel a little boost but this is not what FRS is about. After running for two weeks straight, taking FRS everyday, I was not tired at all. Maybe I wasn’t running faster, or had superman energy, but after there was no fatigue. That was the crazy part.
As wierd as that is the way I didn’t feel tired was a little strange. This leaves me to say wierd there may be side effects. This actually works.
