Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026. These Terms govern use of thegreatwarning.com and memberships purchased directly from The Great Warning, operated by Belladream Films S. de R.L. de C.V.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Memberships, prices, and automatic renewal
The current membership options offered directly on our website are Basic Access at $12 USD per month, Annual Access at $99 USD per year, and Faith Access at $30 USD per month. The checkout page displays the controlling price, billing interval, and plan description before payment.
Memberships renew automatically using the payment method selected at checkout until canceled. You authorize Belladream Films S. de R.L. de C.V. and its payment processors to charge each renewal. Applicable taxes or currency-conversion charges may be added or imposed by the processor or financial institution.
We may change prices or plan features prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal, where required.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through My Account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so access remains available until then. PayPal users may also stop automatic payments in PayPal; however, they should also cancel the membership with us so the service account is properly closed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.
5. Digital access and permitted use
Membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the content for personal, non-commercial viewing during the active access period. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not copy, download except through an expressly authorized feature, record, rebroadcast, publicly exhibit, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass digital-rights management, defeat geographic or security controls, scrape the service, or use the content to train an automated system without written permission.
6. Availability and technical requirements
Content, languages, subtitles, release schedules, and library titles may change. Access requires a supported device, browser, internet connection, and compliance with applicable geographic or content-security controls. Maintenance, third-party outages, payment failures, VPN/proxy detection, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service and provide support.
7. Acceptable conduct
You may not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; harass others; or use automated tools to extract accounts, content, or personal data. We may suspend or terminate access reasonably believed to violate these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
8. Intellectual property
The films, videos, audio, artwork, trademarks, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Belladream Films S. de R.L. de C.V. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No use is permitted beyond the limited streaming license stated here.
9. Third-party services
Payments, video delivery, authentication, analytics, and external viewing platforms may be provided by third parties including Stripe, PayPal, and VdoCipher. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here. Spiritual, historical, testimonial, or educational content is offered for information and reflection and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belladream Films S. de R.L. de C.V. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Any dispute should first be submitted to us in good faith so we can attempt an informal resolution. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or access to a competent consumer-protection authority or court.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
